MS lesion segmentation challenge 2008

Welcome to the MS lesion segmentation challenge 2008 website. This competition is part of the workshop in 3D Segmentation in the Clinic: A Grand Challenge II, in conjunction with MICCAI 2008. The goal of this competition is to compare different algorithms to segment the MS lesions from brain MRI scans.

If you want to join the competition, you can register a team and sign the letter of intent. Download ot the training and test data is not yet available, but should be available by the middle of march. Download will be possible once we have received a signed letter of intent, provided you adhere to and agree with the rules. More information is available in the answers to frequently asked questions.
