You have acces to a directly help in Valmet:
- Right click on the buttons display in another window the description of the action.
- In the Help -> First step.. menu, you have all the informations to start to use Valmet.
     
Loading images
Otherwise, there are two ways to load images with VALMET.
   Manual Loading
-File -> Load -> GreyRawFile
You can open .raw and .gipl format
-For each segmentation file do:
-File -> Load -> SegRawFile

   Automatic loading
-File -> Create File
-Load Original image
-Load each segmentation
-Select the number of users and the number of slice by user
-Save the list
-Load the script file by clicking on the "Load" button
-Select the script file you have just created.
Be carreful, the scriptfile accept only the .gipl images!

Computing values
You have just to click on the buttons.
If you don't know the functionalities of a button you can make a right click on it.
it display the help for this button

Ouput Values
All the values are printed on the screen
Nevertheless, if you use the "Compare Data" button you can export all the values into a file.
You can also create a file for the confusion matrix and the Histogram surface.
