Valmet is a tool to improve segmentations. Valmet used several algorithms to compare segmentations:
- Overlap ratio
- Haussdorf distance
- Surface distance
- Probabilistic overlap
All these algorithms are available in 2D and in 3D.
For each of theses computations, Valmet has a 2D/3D display to show the differences.
There is also a function to create script file to load a set of images and to save this script file. You can compare automaticly and easily a set of images.
