This tutorial explains how to create an Atlas from a set a images by warping

1. What you need

  - The Imagine (1.2.3) tool to run all the pipeline available in the download section
  - The AtlasBuilder tool (already compiled and installed on our network, on ares.ia.unc.edu or hercules.ia.unc.edu)
  - A set of images in .gipl format

2. Different steps

Step 1 - Preprocessing step
