This tutorial explains how to checkout(download) and checkin(upload) files in NeuroLib using CVS.
How it works

Requirements
You need to install required libraries
to compile NeuroLib on your computer.
NeuroLib developers have write acces in NeuroLib.
If you want to use NeuroLib without write access you can use an anonymous
login.
If you have a login/pass for the CVS NeuroLib repository, you have to check
out NeuroLib with a CVS client using your own login/passwd.
Important: You can not have write access if you checkout
NeuroLib with anonymous access. You have to delete your previous local version
of NeuroLib and checkout again NeuroLib with your own login/passwd
All developers should be register to the NeuroLib
developer list. We can send you news about management operation or compilation
problem.
