4. Compute FA and ADC maps
This tutorial
explains how to generate tensor matrix in Region of Interest
1. Download the FiberTracking tool here
2. If you use tensorcalc output files as input, you can read this tutorial before
3. Select 7 images corresponding to the Baseline and the 7 directions DTI
4. Compute FA and
ADC maps
5. Select Computation menu and load Region of Interest Image

6. If you want Tensor Matrix in ROI, you can click on 'Generate Tensor Matrix in ROI'
7. If you want Tensor Matrix in ROI containing fibers only, you have to compute fibers.

8. Then, Generate tensor matrix in ROI
9. Output file has a special format as following:
- X position (Index
in the image)
- Y position (Index in the image)
- Z position (Index in the image)
- ROI Label value
- Matrix Tensor component [0][0]
- Matrix Tensor component [1][0]
- Matrix Tensor component [2][0]
- Matrix Tensor component [1][1]
- Matrix Tensor component [2][2]
- Matrix Tensor component [2][2]
